An authorized document issued by the state government to grant statutory right of occupancy and ownership for all purposes.
Committed acquisition
Such land falls within government projects or areas marked for the use of public interest, hence it is a no-go area.

The process whereby a large parcel of land that falls within Lekki acquisition has been released by the government to individuals, private owners, villages, or communities.
