Our focus is to complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the product provided, we will refund the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.

Please read the fine prints of each agreement and contract before buying it, it provides all the details about the product or the property unit(s) you have or intend to purchase.

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase of any Land Republic product, we invite you to review our policy on Payment Protection Promise. This Payment Protection Promise has been created with the aim of providing during and after sale services to buyers of our products.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased from Land Republic.

Refund Policy
The deadline for requesting for a refund is 90 days from the date on which you purchased the product or made the first installment payment for the product. In order to exercise your right to a refund, you must inform the company of your decision by means of a clear written statement, attaching your full name, account details and details of your payment for the product. Β
β
You are required to inform us of your decision by sending a mail to the official email address of the company support@landrepublic.co and delivering a physical copy of your request to the companyβs primary place of business as you would find in the later part of this policy.
β
Kindly note that payments for any product that you may place with us will remain on hold till such time that our Customer Experience Team reviews the order and finds it serviceable. All payments will be processed only after customer service accepts your order.
β
Until then you can request a change in your order details, such as full name arrangements, property, size and other changes, if any. If on review by customer service, your order is found unserviceable, you will have the option to amend the order or get a full refund.
β
The average timeline for review and acceptance of your order is 48 (Forty Eight) hours from the time of making payments and submitting the subscription forms for the product. When the customer experience team accepts your order after review, it becomes a confirmed order. Confirmed orders can be canceled on request from Client in writing as earlier stated.
β
We will refund you no later than 90 days from the day on which we receive your request for a refund, a period including the investigation, offer of exchange and amendment of offer. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the purchase.

Kindly note that cancellation and processing fees apply as from time to time maybe determined by the Company.

Conditions for Refund

In order for the product to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased within 90 days of the refund window.
- The product does not correspond with the specification as advertised and/or is defective.
- Any additional costs already incurred in executing your task shall also be deducted wherever applicable. Once an order is completed, that is, payment completed, property allocated and possession and ownership transferred, no refunds can be made.
- No refunds are applicable for advance payments or payments received against approved quotes for purchases once the transaction has been completed.
- We would not be unable to issue a refund without the production/return of the actual receipt and supporting documents for the product purchased.
- Only regular priced products may be 75% refunded. Unfortunately, Products on sale, pre-launch price or discount are not eligible to be refunded up to 75%. This exclusion may not apply to you if otherwise individual policies are entered by the parties to the contrary.
- Refunds will be paid after deducting a cancellation fee and for services already rendered. Β

The following products cannot be refunded:

We reserve the right to refuse to refund you for any product that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Indemnity
You hereby indemnify the Company and undertake to keep the Company indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including without limitation to reasonable legal fees) arising out of any breach by you of any provision of these Terms or arising out of any claim that you have breached any provision of these Terms.

Sale mean a request by you to purchase product from the company and a subsequent payment of the full consideration for the said identified product.

RESALE POLICY

Land Republic Limited is committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. However, in line with the Land use Act, 1978 and best practices, we are not obligated to resell properties purchased through our company.

By the provisions of this act and your proof of ownership document, every buyer becomes the sole owner of their property upon full purchase and the transfer of title process is completed. Thus, every client is charged with the sole responsibility of covering all charges and responsibility required by the extant government and the estate management policies after the transfer process is completed.

As the portfolio managers of your property at Land Republic Limited, we understand that circumstances may arise where a client needs to resell their property and have created a channel through which all resale transactions are managed and facilitated to assist in this process. Β
β
We serve as an impartial agent in escrow for all resale transactions to enhance transparency and efficiency and being the head lessee, all resale transactions must pass through your portfolio managers. Our resale service includes administrative services, legal services, provisional surveys and other necessary documentation to facilitate a smooth transaction.

This policy outlines the terms and conditions of our resale services.

A. Resale Services
We would be offering resale services to assist clients in selling their properties. Our resale services include:

- Market analysis and pricing guidance.
- Listing the property on our marketplace.
- Facilitating inspection of the property by potential buyers.
- Negotiating offers and closing the sale, where required.
B. Fees
Our resale services will be charged at a non-negotiable administrative fee of N50,000.00 (Fifty thousand Naira) only and legal and survey fees on a price negotiated and agreed in writing prior to the property listing. Also note that a sales commission cost of 10% of the sale price of the property will be charged independently. Clients are to note that commission will be paid to sales officers either provided by them or by the company to facilitate the transaction. fee will be a percentage of the sale price of the property. Note that the fees can be paid by the new buyer or the reseller to be decided on the discretion of the parties.

C. Other Terms and Conditions
By utilizing our resale services, clients agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Land Republic Limited is not obligated to resell any property purchased through the company.
- This policy applies to all clients who have purchased properties through Land Republic Limited and wish to resell their property. Β
- The decision to resell a property is at the sole discretion of the client.
- Land Republic Limited reserves the right to decline resale services for any property.
- The client is responsible for ensuring the property is in a resale-ready condition.
- The client is responsible for paying all fees associated with the resale, including our resale fee, legal documentation fees, survey costs, and any other expenses.
Please note, to initiate the resale process, the client must first return the original title documents to the Company. Our team will then guide the client through the resale process, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements. By utilizing our resale services, clients agree to our terms and conditions, including the payment of our fee. Β
We will make reasonable efforts to sell the property, but we cannot guarantee a sale.
